Courses in Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and Environment (EMME)
Programme (last year of Bachelor degree)
- 1st semester (30 ECTS): Advanced Mathematics for Engineers, Databases, Fluid Mechanics, Solid Mechanics I, Light Interference and Diffraction, Design and Manufacturing I, Laser and Applications, Entrepreneurship and Communication, English I, Industrial Project I*.
- 2nd semester (30 ECTS): Introduction to Statistics, Materials for Engineers, Solid Mechanics II, Heat Transfer, Design and Manufacturing II, English II, Industrial Project II*.
*Case studies and development in partnership with a company or a research laboratory.
After successfully completing the full programme in English, the students will be awarded a Bachelor degree from the Université de Lorraine.
It may be possible to pursue the programme in French for 2 more years to receive the Polytech Nancy Engineering degree, equivalent to a Master’s degree.
Prerequisites
- Two year scientific university degree
- Minimum of B1 level in English
- The A1 level in French would be a plus
Tuition Fees
- Exchange students (Erasmus+, Campus Europae, BCI, Arfitec, Brafitec): no tuition fees
