They are able to position a company strategically and organize its development and its optimization. They guarantee the availability and performance of equipment. Being able to prevent risks and their consequences on people, the environment, and the company&#8217;s performance, they master the art of managerial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams of technicians and engineers to innovate and add value to the company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate the safety of systems, diagnose their malfunctions, and implement corrective or preventive measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to draw up technical documents and produce specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to design a project and to control all phases, either technical or economic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the safety, environmental and
